Stock Index Futures Mostly Lower

March Dow Industrial futures are trading at 19818, down 40. Most stock index futures are trading near the session lows. The Federal Reserve's Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) two-day meeting on interest rates concludes today. The Federal Reserve is scheduled to release a statement, monetary policy decision and summary of economic projections at 2:00 p.m. ET. Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen will hold a press conference following the rate decision at 2:30 p.m. ET.
