USD/CAD is trading at 1.3124, down 0.0006.

The pair is trading rangebound and a little above the session lows. Market chatter crude oil prices about comments from policy makers is making the rounds.

Statistics Canada is scheduled to release manufacturing sales figures Thursday at 8:30 a.m. ET.
