Mondays USDA cattle slaughter was 115,000 head versus a year ago at 111,000 head. February live cattle is trading at 112.90, up 2.37 cents/lb. April live cattle is trading at 112.17, up 1.92 cents/lb. June Cattle is trading at 102.80, up 1.40 cents/lb.
