Cocoa Futures Mixed

December New York Cocoa is trading at 2470, up 17 $/MT. March New York Cocoa is trading at 2469, down 2 $/MT. New York cocoa futures are trading on both sides of unchanged. Market chatter about West African weather is making the rounds. Ghana's Meteorological Agency said the Harmattan winds will be mild this growing season. The last few years strong winds have negatively impacted Ghana's cocoa production.
