USDA Export Sales; Beef and Pork

The USDA reported today that beef weekly export sales for the period ending September 8th totaled 20,300 tonnes. Sales were up 90 percent from the four week average.  Pork export sales totaled 20,800 tonnes, down 14 percent from the previous week and down 8 percent from the four week average.
