USDA Weekly Export Sales; Soybean Futures Little Changed

The USDA reported today that Soybean weekly export sales for the current marketing year for the period ending July 28th totaled 542,200 tonnes. Sales for 2016 to 2017 totaled 1,128,200 tonnes. Corn sales for the current year totaled 331,100 tonnes, sales for the next year were 896,300 tonnes. Wheat sales were 326,500 tonnes. Soymeal sales for the current year totaled 75,400 tonnes. Sales for next year were 140,500 tonnes. Soybean Oil sales for the current year totaled 17,500 tonnes. Sales for 2016 to 2017 were 19,000 tonnes. September Soybeans are trading at 976 1/4, up 2 3/4 cents/bushel, September Corn is trading 323 1/2, down 1 1/2 cents/bushel and September Chicago Wheat is trading at 409 3/4, down 1/2 of a cent/bushel.
