Corn Futures Move Up

September Corn is trading at 370 1/2, up 8 1/2 cents/bushel. December Corn is trading at 377 1/2, up 7 3/4 cents/bushel. Corn futures have extended Wednesday's firm trade into Thursday morning. Market chatter about weather ahead into the end of July and August is constant. Corn used in last week's ethanol production totaled 105.4 million bushels. The USDA weekly export sales report is due out at 8:30 a.m. ET.
