Coffee Futures Move Down

September Coffee is trading at 141.85, down 1.45 cents/lb. December Coffee is trading at 144.80, down 1.50 cents/lb. Coffee futures are trading just above the session lows after showing a steady trade early on. Chatter about global coffee demand and supply is ongoing. Colombia's coffee production during June fell 7 percent versus a year ago. The street estimate for Columbian production during the year is over 14 million bags. Brazil's growing region of south Minas Gerais is expected to see rain later next week in the meantime harvest is progressing. Trading is rangebound In other New York Soft commodities; September Cocoa is trading at 3112, down 32 $/MT. October Sugar is trading at 19.80, down 0.77 cents/lb. December Cotton is trading 64.90, down 0.40 cents/lb. September Orange Juice is trading at 186.70, up 3.15 cents/lb.
