U.S. Dollar Index Sharply Lower
The September U.S. Dollar Index is trading at 96.46, down 01.23.
The Michigan Consumer Sentiment final reading for July came out at 93.1 versus June's 96.1. The Chicago PMI survey came out at 54.7 in July versus June's 49.4. Earlier today, the second quarter Employment Cost Index came out at up 0.2 percent versus up 2.6 percent in the first quarter.
