Cotton little changed

New York Cotton futures are trading steady to a little higher early Wednesday morning. December Cotton is trading at 64.36, up 0.12 and March Cotton is trading 64.30 , up 13. Market chatter about weather in the U.S. growing regions and global economic conditions are making the rounds.
