Wheat little higher

September Chicago Wheat is trading at 510 3/4, up 4 3/4 cents and December Chicago Wheat is trading at 524 1/4, up 4 3/4 cents. September Kansas City Wheat is trading at 526 , up 5 cents and December Kansas City Wheat is trading at 546 , up 5 cents. Market chatter about the prospects for the start of harvest in France and Russia in early July is making the rounds. Market talk that Russian government officials are saying they hope their new export duty will be short lived. Chatter about wet weather in the U.S. and as slow harvest has kept both buyers and sellers active. On Monday the USDA reported that weekly wheat export inspections were 290,275 tonnes. So far inspections are 3.3% of the USDA forecast, the 5-year average is 5.8%.
