Live Cattle Higher

Thursday's USDA Cattle slaughter was 103,000 head versus a year ago at 118.000 head. Live Cattle futures traded mostly higher Thursday. Trading was steady and firm during the session.

June Live Cattle was trading at 153.32, up 1.10. August Live cattle was trading at 149.82, up 0.65.

Livestock Futures are closed Friday for an exchange holiday.
