Sugar Futures are trading range bound and little higher Monday. May Sugar is trading at 12.20, up 0.07. July Sugar is trading at 12.31, up 0.02. Market talk about possible production deficits is making the rounds. General talk about the milling industry in Brazil and financial problems for milling related industries in India and Brazil has kept trading active. Market talk that ethanol demand, if not stellar, will raise Brazil's sugar production and place more sugar for export into the world supply and continue the sugar price war.
