Live Cattle Sharply Higher
Monday's USDA cattle slaughter was 107,000 head versus a year ago at 116,000 head.
Live Cattle futures traded sharply higher Monday. Trading was a little choppy with sharply higher prices in response to the release of the USDA Cattle on Feed report Friday. April Live cattle was trading at 161.32, up 2.97. June Live Cattle was trading at 152.97, up 2.50.
