Live Cattle Moves Higher

Thursday's USDA Cattle slaughter was 103,000 versus a year ago at 112,000. Market talk about Friday's USDA Cattle on Feed report was making the rounds. Chatter about better consumer demand brought some buyers in.

Live Cattle Futures traded mostly higher on Thursday extending Wednesday's gains. April Live cattle was trading at 157.95, up 1.37. June Live Cattle was trading at 150.15, up 1.65.
