Live Cattle Sharply Higher

Live Cattle Futures traded mostly higher Wednesday and closed sharply higher up the daily trading limit. April Live Cattle settled at 156.57, up 3.00. June Live cattle settled 148.47, up 3.00.

Wednesday's USDA cattle slaughter was 107,000 head versus a year ago at 118,000 head.
