Sugar Little Changed

NY Sugar is trading a little lower Friday morning. May Sugar last check was trading at 14.57, down 0.07. India approved export subsidies to export 1.4 million tons of raw sugar and that has pressured the sugar market. India is the world's second-largest producer of sugar.
