U.S Dollar Higher at mid-day

The March U.S. Dollar Index is trading higher mid-session Wednesday, at 94.21 up 0.49. Much chatter has come out about Tuesday's sharp decline. Mostly Traders are looking ahead to Thursday's U.S. data. On Thursday at 7:30 AM ET Challenger Job Cuts for January are due out , the previous report was 6.6%. At 8:30 AM ET Jobless Claims are estimated to be 300K vs 265K , Continuing Claims for are expected to be 2375K vs 2385K. The U.S. Trade Balance for December is expected to be -$43.0B vs -$39.0B in November. A preliminary look at Q-4 U.S. Productivity will be released at 8:30 AM ET also .The estimates are -0.5% vs 2.3% and Unit Labor Costs for Q4 are expected to come in at 1.0% vs -1.0%.
