Soybean Futures Higher Early Thursday

March Soybeans are trading at 987 1/2, up 4 cents. March Soymeal is trading at 333.70, up 3.2. March Soybean Oil is at 32.27, down 0.14. Trading is expected to be choppy. Chatter about China buying U.S. soybeans led to some buying on Wednesday. Exporters sold 176,000 tonnes of U.S. soybeans to China. Market talk persists about South American harvest and ample supply. Soymeal and Soymeal bull spreads acted better on Wednesday. Chatter is about weather in the Southern Hemisphere as rain is expected for soybean producing regions in Brazil.
