EUR/USD Up 1% Amid ECB QE Proposal

Chatter is coming out about the proposed size of the ECB bond buys. ECB is said to propose QE of 50 billion euro per month for one year. The euro has fluctuated a bit and has risen to 1.1665, about a 1 percent rise on the day.
