Cotton Higher In Early Trading

March NY Cotton finished Monday's trading session higher by about 1.7 percent. The outlook for increased crop plantings in other crops and a decrease in cotton planted area has been supportive to prices. Monday's general move higher in grains was seen a supportive according to market chatter. March Cotton is up 0.19, trading at 60.90 early Tuesday morning.
