Bonanza For Wood Products Maker Boise Cascade Shareholders; Company Declares Special Dividend - Boise Cascade (NYSE:BCC)

Engineered wood products company Boise Cascade (NYSE:BCC) said its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share.

The company has also declared a special dividend of $5.00 per share to holders of its common stock.

The dividends will be paid on December 15, 2023, to stockholders of record on December 1, 2023.

Boise Cascade produces engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a U.S. wholesale distributor of building products.

Price Action: BCC shares closed higher by 1.33% at $90.81 on Thursday.
