IGT Pockets 10-Year Contract Extension For Lottery System In Malaysia

International Game Technology PLC IGT said its subsidiaries, IGT Global Services Limited and IGT Global Solutions Corporation, have signed a 10-year contract extension with Pan Malaysian Pools SDN BHD. The financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the extension, IGT will upgrade PMP's existing system technology to IGT's powerful central lottery system, Aurora.

As part of IGT's player-centric, omnichannel solution, OMNIA, Aurora will also integrate with PMP's proprietary dmcGO iLottery platform.

"IGT's sophisticated Aurora central system and advanced features, as well as its integration with our dmcGO platform, will help PMP provide our players with engaging and convenient lottery experiences over the next decade,” said PMP Managing Director Tan Kong Han.

Price Action: IGT shares closed lower by 0.60% at $31.26 on Wednesday.
