FedEx Inks Pact With Floship To Boost End-To-End E-Commerce Business Services

FedEx Corporation FDX and Floship announced a partnership to provide logistics services to e-tailers worldwide.

This partnership focuses on end-to-end digitalized fulfillment and returns solutions through optimal inventory management and best-in-class FedEx service delivery.

The deal will allow FedEx's e-commerce customers to access Floship's global network to accomplish their e-commerce operations. Floship's customers will leverage FedEx's extensive transportation options.

"Collaborating with industry innovators like Floship will help online retailers better compete supported by the FedEx global logistics network," said Salil Chari, senior vice president, Marketing and Customer Experience for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region, FedEx Express.

Additionally, both the firm's cross-border e-commerce customers in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, Europe, and North America will gain access to last-mile delivery and hassle-free returns.

Price Action:  FDX shares are trading higher by 0.28% to $229.50 in the premarket session on the last check Wednesday.
