Shoals Technologies Group, Inc. SHLS inked a Master Supply Agreement with Blattner Company to deliver 10 GW of its flagship Big Lead Assembly (BLA) and systems solutions over the next two years. The financial terms were not disclosed.
"This landmark deal provides us with the visibility we need to confidently and successfully deliver on our shared goals," said Shoals Senior Vice President of Business Development, Alex Stucker.
The BLA is an aboveground aluminum trunk bus system that combines the functionality of cable assemblies, combiner boxes, and fusing all into one. It transmits power from the solar panel to the inverter.
Shoals has started project deliveries, with an expected completion by the second quarter of 2025.
"It is a commitment to domestic manufacturing, fostering the creation of American jobs that directly impact the local economies in which we operate," stated Ben Macias, Chief Revenue Officer of Shoals.
Price Action: SHLS shares are trading higher by 1.21% to $24.30 on the last check Monday.
