The EU Announces Investigation of IBM (IBM)

The European Union’s antitrust division said this morning that they have decided to initiate an investigation on International Business Machines IBM regarding two separate cases of antitrust rule infringement. The antitrust division, released an e-mailed statement regarding the probe, saying, “Both cases are related to IBM’s conduct on the market for mainframe computers,” according to the commission’s statement.
