SonicWALL Inc SNWL added 5.73% to $12 in pre-market trading. A lawsuit has been filed by an investor in SNWL on behalf of all present investors. The investor alleges that SNWL’s board of directors has breached its fiduciary duty by selling the company cheaply to a Thoma Bravo LLC-led investor group. Cypress Bioscience Inc CYBP moved up 3.70% to $2.8 in pre-market trading. CYBP is buying rights for the experimental schizophrenia drug, which is currently in mid-stage development, from BioLineRx.
