ChinaNet Online Holdings Inc CNET soared 20.40% to $4.25. CNET’s board of directors recently elected Mr Kai Chu as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and Secretary. Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc JTX shares advanced 19.88% to $1.93. JTX’s 2010 revenue forecast was better than the Street view. First Community Bank Corp FCFL jumped 17.92% to $2.50.
