Laurence Meyer is speaking at the Bloomberg 2010 Hedge Fund Conference and he says that James Bullard, St. Louis Fed President is the biggest dove on the FOMC, as he believes quantitative easing is more powerful than any of them.
According to Meyer, he is widely misunderstood when he says markets believe Bullard is a hawk and would actually be in favor of raising rates. In a paper published by Bullard, he writes that he favors raising rates.
