Mid-Day Losers From November 19: Constellium, Cliffs Natural Resources, Leju, Synchronoss Technologies, Cloud Peak Energy


Constellium NV (NYSE: CSTM) - 17% - Shares are down sharply following the company’s downbeat financial results.

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc (NYSE: CLF) -15% - The company announced that it is pursuing exit options for its Eastern Canadian iron ore operations which may result in the closure of the Bloom Lake mine.

Leju Holdings Ltd (ADR) (NYSE: LEJU) -14% - Despite beating EPS estimates, shares are down as the company cut its 2014 revenue guidance.

Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR) -9% - On Wednesday, Baird analysts downgraded the stock and lowered the price target on Synchronoss.

Cloud Peak Energy Inc. (NYSE: CLD) -9% - Late Tuesday, the company announced a $100 million preferred stock offering.
