Bernie Madoff victims scored a victory, reaching a settlement of more than $1 billion with Tremont Group Holdings Inc. Madoff, the guy who keeps on stealing. The House postponed a vote last night to try to pass Speaker John Boehner's (R-OH) plan to raise the federal borrowing limit and cut the deficit. Probably because he was too busy crying to vote.
