Fintech just got its first dedicated PR network.
Eight agencies announced Wednesday the creation of the Global Fintech PR Network, a global network of public relations agencies specializing in financial technology aimed at delivering, "high-quality PR, communications and strategic advisory services to clients in the fintech industry around the world."
The idea to start a worldwide network of targeted PR agencies originated among partners at Norfico, a Copenhagen-based Fintech-dedicated, PR agency. The network is based out of eight separate PR agencies on five different continents. The founding agencies are located in Austin, Texas; Copenhagen, London, New York, São Paulo, Singapore, Sydney, and Tel Aviv.
Dan Simon, CEO of New York-based fintech PR agency Vested, believes the network can capitalize on the growing fintech industry.
"I see a rapidly growing demand for our services, and I hope that together we can locate more agencies to join the network.”
Caroline Bowler, the founder of Singapore-based Bowlah PR, says the increased demand for comprhensive and reliable financial data requires equal messaging.
“Fintech is born global, and our clients need and depend on agencies with an in-depth knowledge of their industry and with a world-spanning network."
The network is currently seeking to add more agency's to their roster and expand even further
