ProShares UltraShort DJ-UBS Natural Gas KOLD traded 6.33% higher today as natural gas futures struggled on mild March weather. Direxion Daily China Bull 3x Shares ETF YINN added 5.07%, and it closed at $25.48. CNOOC Limited (ADR) CEO is a component of the BNY Mellon China Select ADR Index, and it jumped 3.14% on Tuesday.
