Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners, January 19th (NUGT, UNG, TAN, SOXS)

Direxion Daily Gold Miners Bull 3X Shares NUGT lost 6.56% on Thursday as Barrick Gold Corporation (USA) ABX fell 3.11%, and AngloGold Ashanti Limited (ADR) AU slipped 2.38%. United States Natural Gas Fund, LP UNG plunged 6.16% as natural gas continued its downtrend. UNG closed at $5.03, and it had a volume of 43.20M traded shares. Claymore/MAC Global Solar Index (ETF) TAN fell 5.97% today, and it closed at $2.99. In the space, First Solar, Inc. FSLR dropped 9.98%, and Trina Solar Limited (ADR) TSL lost 15.60%. Solar companies traded lower today on the announcement that Germany will cut solar subsidies. Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X Shares SOXL dropped 5.91%, and in the semiconductor space, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD spiked 4.19%.
