Fed Monetizes $6.3 Billion During POMO

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York monetized $6.3 billion worth of U.S. Treasuries in its last scheduled POMO before the NY Fed announces its new POMO schedule on Wednesday. It was over subscribed by a 4.4 to 1 ratio, making this one of the larger POMO's in recent memory. For a full list of the CUSIP's purchased, please visit the NY Fed website. Stocks have fallen a few ticks after the closure of the operation, with the Dow losing 65 points. The NASDAQ is off 4 points and the S&P 500 is lower by 7 points.
