The Fed gave us a nice surprise yesterday when they said they will not let the balance sheet run off. Instead they will purchase “long term” US securities, possibly 5, 10 or 30 year. We initiated a new long position in CBOT September Corn futures, in today’s video I discuss how we are playing it. S&P e minis are still trading in the range between 1127.75 and 1100, until they break this box, we will sit on the sidelines and remain flat.
