The top performer in this industry, AutoZone Inc AZO, rose by 4.49%. AZO announced diluted EPS of $4.12, up 32% from $3.13 in the same quarter a year ago. Toy & Hobby Stores: This industry climbed 0.89% by 12:24 pm. The top gainer within the industry, Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc BBW, added 0.76%. BBW’s earnings for the March quarter were 50% higher than anticipated. CATV Systems: This industry moved up 0.62% by 12:24 pm, with Comcast Corp CMCSA climbing 3.28% to gain the top spot. Three large states’ governors have pressurized the FCC to allow CMCSA to move ahead with its plan to take a controlling stake in NBC Universal. Mortgage Investment: The industry, which rose 0.40%, has the top gainer in the form of Security National Financial Corp SNFCA, which has gained 2.38%.
