Back-To-Back Downgrades Sink Trinity Industries
Trinity Industries Inc (NYSE: TRN) shares are trading lower by $4.76 at $16.36 in Friday's session. The catalyst for the move may be the second downgrade of the issue over the last two days.
Before the open, BB&T Capital downgraded the issue from Buy to Underweight.
Interestingly, on Thursday, the same day of Q4 report of $0.21 beat for EPS with a slight revenue miss, Axiom Capital's Gordon Johnson lowered his boon on the issue.
Johnson initiated coverage of the issue with a dreaded Sell rating and a price target well below Thursday's closing price of $21.12 at $10.
