Wells Fargo Macau Outlook

Wells Fargo analyst Cameron McKnight has cut back on some of his previous Macau estimates.

The following are a few highlights on his and other analysts' outlook for Macau.

Wells Fargo

  • Revenue growth estimate one to five percent vs. 6.5 percent prior.
  • Level of play for the rest of the month is expected to be lower than this week's result due to the start of the World Cup.
  • Second quarter EBITDA estimated to be two to seven percent below consensus.
  • Cut full year growth estimate to 11 percent.

Other Firms

  • Deutsche Bank cut growth estimate to 12 percent.
  • Morgan Stanley said Macau Casinos could post their first quarter-over-quarter profit decline in four years.
