Natural Gas Daily Fundamental Analysis for May 12, 2011

Natural gas prices extended their drop on Wednesday in New York on expectations that mild weather conditions in the Southern and Eastern of the United States will weigh down on demand levels.

Moreover, speculations that natural gas inventories rose last week will probably continue to weigh down on natural gas prices.

Thursday, 14:30, The EIA will release the weekly natural gas storage change for the week ending May 6, where the prior report showed that natural gas inventories inclined by 72 billion cubic feet, and Thursday's EIA report is expected to show that natural gas stockpiles increased by 70 billion cubic feet.
