S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by two points at 2052.50 in Thursday's session. The index was lower at one point by 17 points but found support ahead of Monday's low (2035.25) at 2037 and began to move higher.
So far, it has found some resistance at Wednesday's close (2054.50), reaching 2054.75). The after-hours high stands at 2057.75.
General Electric
GE shares are the leading the charge trading higher by $0.41 at $31.46. It has reached $31.49, which marks the highest level for the issue since May 2008.
