On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Liz Young of BNY Mellon Investment Management said she is selling VanEck Semiconductor ETF SMH, which traded slightly lower on Monday.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners said he is going with UnitedHealth Group Incorporated UNH. The company's shares moved higher on Monday amid Medicare finalizing pay rates for 2024.
