On CNBC’s "Halftime Report Final Trades," Liz Young of BNY Mellon Investment Management said she is selling VanEck Semiconductor ETF (NASDAQ:SMH), which traded slightly lower on Monday.

Stephen Weiss of Short Hills Capital Partners said he is going with UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (NYSE:UNH). The company's shares moved higher on Monday amid Medicare finalizing pay rates for 2024.
