The Company competes with Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Citadel, LaBranche, Group One Trading and E*TRADE's Power E*TRADE Pro business. The Company's securities and derivatives businesses are extensively regulated by U.S. federal and state regulators, foreign regulatory agencies, and numerous exchanges and self-regulatory organizations of which its subsidiaries are members.
