The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. The underlying Index is composed of all of the components of the S&P 500 Consumer Staples Index (the Parent Index). The Parent Index is designed to measure the performance of common stocks of all companies included in the S&P 500 Index that are classified as members of the consumer staples sector, as defined according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). The Fund employs a full replication methodology in seeking to track the Underlying Index, meaning that the Fund generally invests in all of the securities comprising the Underlying Index in proportion to their weightings in the Underlying Index.
