Taiwan Semiconductor to Sell 6% of Motech Industries

Taiwan Semiconductor

today announced to sell 29.16 million common shares of Motech Industries, Inc. ("Motech"), or approximately 6% of Motech's paid-in-capital. After the sale, TSMC will hold approximately 12% of Motech shares. TSMC intends to exit from its financial investment in Motech in an orderly manner in the future.
