Mitsui to Sell 50% Stake in Santa Vitória Açúcar e Álcool Ltda to Dow Chemical for $200M

) has reached an agreement with The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:

) to sell its entire shares in its associated company, Santa Vitória Açúcar e Álcool Ltda ("SVAA") to Dow for $200 million. Dow currently owns a 50% stake.
