Forward Air Unveils Intermodal Drayage Expansion: Linden, NJ Operations To Service Port Newark

Forward Air Corp FWRD plans to expand its intermodal drayage service offering in the New York and New Jersey area, with new operations in Linden, New Jersey.
Forward Intermodal will operate a secure container drop yard in the area while cohabitating with an existing LTL terminal, resulting in increased transloading efficiencies and speed for its customers.
The Linden operation will be Forward Intermodal's 30th terminal.
FWRD noted customers can rely on Forward Intermodal's expertise in servicing major port markets such as Port Newark and gain access to its massive LTL network.
Price Action: FWRD shares traded higher by 3.13% at $105.90 on the last check Monday.
