Hertz Global Finance Chief Leaves; Appoints Alexandra Brooks As Interim CFO

Hertz Global Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:HTZ) said its Chief Financial Officer, Kenny Cheung, is leaving the company to pursue another professional opportunity in a different industry.
Cheung will remain at the company until April 14, 2023, to support the first quarter financial closing process.
The company has appointed Alexandra Brooks, its Chief Accounting Officer, as interim CFO, effective April 1, 2023.
Hertz said it is initiating a formal search process to select its permanent Chief Financial Officer.
The Hertz Corporation, a subsidiary of Hertz Global Holdings, operates the Hertz, Dollar and Thrifty vehicle rental brands throughout North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Price Action: HTZ shares are trading higher by 1.34% at $15.83 in premarket on the last check Monday.
