Johnson Controls International plc (NYSE:JCI) board of directors has increased the quarterly dividend to $0.36 per share.
This represents a $0.01 increase over the previous quarterly dividend.
The dividend is payable on Apr. 14, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Mar. 20, 2023.
Johnson Controls has paid a consecutive dividend since 1887.
The company held $1.5 billion in cash and equivalents as of Dec. 31, 2022.
Price Action: JCI shares are trading higher by 0.12% at $65.19 on the last check Wednesday.
