North Carolina-Based Security Services Provider Inks Reseller Agreement With Knightscope

Knightscope, Inc. (NASDAQ KSCP) has signed a contract with Weatherspoon Enterprises, Inc., a North Carolina-based integrated security services and solutions provider, for a K5 Autonomous Security Robot (ASR) to be used as a reseller demonstration device for its customers.
Weatherspoon will actively integrate Knightscope ASRs into its consulting and security services to expand its offering.
Weatherspoon's CEO, Charles Witherspoon, is 38-year law enforcement and Army veteran with a career developing and overseeing threat assessments, counterintelligence to terrorism, and responding to active shooter situations, as well as securing large-scale venues, buildings, and assets.
Price Action: KSCP shares are trading higher by 0.34% at $2.88 on the last check Wednesday.
